  try to beat landlords down for rent make sure you have back up! much easier to get ahold of then south shore housing though!

  first sunset hill want to put me on flat rent and charge me max rent for one bedroom apt like 600+ for a tiny apt, and the place is bad we constantly having black mold the edge of the window cracked, ceiling corners cracked + we have to share hot water with the rest of the building and almost every day we have to try the hot water thats if we got hot water to take a shower, they control heating system, they control hot water, the apt is cracked , and on top of that they want to charge people max rent no way... im out is now 12:30pm and i dont have hot water hhmmm .one day i went on vacation and when i came back i find out that my truck window was broken i got robbed but know one knows nothing and they have cameras well the guy who did this to me still out there thats how good the cameras are + they want max rent on a place that i can get robbed no way
